This unique skills-driven program takes you through key stages of classical and international cuisine preparation, garde manger, butchery, patisserie and bakery and at the same time, develops your professionalism and proficiency in producing food of world-class standards.

Bachelor in culinary arts management:

The Bachelor in Culinary Arts Management (Honours) programme is designed to develop those who have chosen to pursue and further their career in culinary arts. This is to satisfy a range of administrative, operational and management areas in the Culinary Industry.

Finished 3 years high school
English in medium
